Season 3 episode 4 “Pot o’ Gold” spoilers
“A new foreign exchange student, Rory Flanagan (guest star Damian McGinty, winner of “The Glee Project”), enrolls at McKinley and crashes with Brittany S. Pierce who thinks he’s a leprechaun. Meanwhile, Mercedes attempts to recruit new members to join Shelby Corcoran’s (guest star Idina Menzel) newly formed Glee club, and Sue’s congressional campaign heats up.”
“Pot o’ Gold” introduces Rory to the school, and as spoilers have revealed, he’s not going to have it too easy when facing the jocks of McKinley (The HOCKEY TEAM). Shelby’s group is going to grow in numbers, as Mercedes begins appealing to others to join her. She appeals to Santana with the promise of more solos. This is also the episode where Brittany and Santana are supposed to finally get together, (Thanks to Rory) so will Brittany join Santana in leaving New Directions behind? What’s coming up as Sue ends up running against Burt, thanks to Will’s recruiting? Will Burt end up being the right choice? Will they be able to stop Sue’s attempt to rid schools of the arts program?
Glee Season 3 episode 5 “The First Time” spoilers
“Under Artie’s leadership, the kids prepare to perform the school musical “West Side Story.” Meanwhile, Finn meets with a recruiter, and Coach Beiste (guest star Dot-Marie Jones) has an admirer.”
It does seem to be a big episode for love, as Beiste’s love interest is being introduced. He’s a football recruiter, and he meets with at least Finn, based on the episode synopsis. Could Finn be figuring out what he wants to do with his future after meeting with him? He has been trying to figure out what he’s going to do after graduation, and perhaps this is a nudge in the right direction. But where will these possible plans take him? What will it mean for his relationship with Rachel?
Finally, there’s still the matter of West Side Story, with Rachel and Blaine in the lead roles. How will things go with “Artie’s directorial leadership”? Will the play be a hit, or will something go wrong?
Episode 5 of Glee this season, aptly entitled “The First Time,” features not one but TWO McKinley High couples losing their V-Cards to one another. Rachel and Finn will do the deed and so will KURT and BLAINE .
I REPEAT: This is the episode that is going to feature Kurt and Blaine having sex for the first time and It’s also going to introduce the new Warbler, Sebastian, who has his sights set on Blaine.
OH MY GOD ARE YOU PLANNING A PARTY, CAUSE I’m PLANNING A PARTY! WO-HA!
Kurt and Blaine’s encounter is apparently less romantic than one would hope, at least on the first attempt. Kurt and Blaine use fake IDs to get into a gay bar on drag night. The major kicker? McKinley High’s reformed (and closeted) bully Karofsky is there, too! Blaine dances with other guys.
Klaine stumble out after some time, and start fooling around in the car, but Kurt puts on the brakes, which we think is for the best. Sebastian (Grant Gustin), the new gay Warbler who goes after Blaine, is also at the bar. Sounds like Lima, Ohio has a pretty hoppin’ gay scene after all?
Blaine visits Dalton Acadamyto invite The Warblers to attend McKinley’s West Side Story. He stumbles in on the Warblers serenading Dalton’s French teacher. He ends up joining in on the performance.
Blaine sings “Uptown Girl” at Dalton w/ the Warblers. We see Sebastian again.
Finn has to decide between going to drama school in New York or accepting a football scholarship in Ohio
Rachel and Kurt taking a huge step in the sex department…they get protection.
Chris appreciates the acting challenge that a possible threat to Klaine’s relationship posed. “When I first read it, I was a little disappointed because I was like, ‘Why does nobody love me?’” the actor dished to Inquirer.net. “But, you get to see Kurt in a very territorial light. That’s going to be alot of fun for me. I’m just happy that there’s finally some conflict with them, because they’ve been in a puppy-dog love state for a while.”
Season 3 episode 6 “Mash Up” spoilers
New Directions brainstorm their mash-up. Finn wants to give Rory the solo to prep him for real competition. Finn also decides to introduce Rory to the art of trash talk to start messing up the girls’ game, starting with Santana, which leads to an after-school rumble - DODGEBALL.
EPIC DODGEBALL GAME
New Directions vs. The Troubletones. Santana & Finn sing Blondie’s “One Way or Another” mashed with Pat Benatar’s “Hit Me With Your Best Shot.” It comes down to Finn vs. Santana - Santana wins, though takes a cheap shot at Rory and gives him a nosebleed, infuriating FinnFor all of you singLindsey fan’s She’s back.
Harmony, Rachel and Kurt
We will discover that Harmony felt threatened after watching some videos in Rachel’s Facebook where she is singing, so she decides to land on McKinley to terrorize Miss Rachel Berry and make her not want to enter in NYADA .
Kurt and Rachel “have some great stuff coming up in the 6th episode…”
Rachel is up to no good.
Sue starts a smear campaign to take down her biggest competitor for the Congressional seat. Meanwhile, Puck (Mark Salling) has a crush, and Will (Matthew Morrison) and Shelby Corcoran (guest star Idina Menzel) encourage some friendly competition.”
In the November 15th episode, it sounds like there will be some more mash-ups and competitions, but this time it’s not boys versus girls, but the two glee clubs facing off. Who will be in which club at this point?
Something shocking for Mercedes will happen that could cause the end of the Glee Club. Source
Mercedes feels that she was rude to her friends, but her boyfriend doesn’t feel the same, this may cause some troubles for the couple.
(seriously I would not mind me some Samcedes. OOKayyyyy)
Weeks after we were told that Chord Overstreet’s time on “Glee” was done, we now have some relatively stunning news — Sam Evans is going to be making his way back to McKinley High, after all.
They explained his absence by saying his family moved away in the premiere.
Chord Overstreet is going to be back on the show on a recurring basis as soon as early December — Other source’s state he’s going to be back starting with episode 8.
Chord’s return is going to end up creating some interesting wrinkles in the show’s plot. He has a romantic history both with Quinn (who cheated on him with Finn) and Mercedes, and there is certainly some unfinished business when it comes to the latter. What would this mean for Mercedes’ new relationship? She has a new boyfriend now, but will that change with Sam’s return? They were hiding their relationship with season 2 ended, and when it was announced he wouldn’t be returning, many wondered what that mean for Mercedes’ love life. They introduced a new guy in her life, who has been encouraging her to step out into the spotlight for what she wants (which also meant turning her back on NEW DIRECTIONS). Now she’s in Shelby’s choir, not New Directions. What will Sam have to say about that?
While his character wasn’t always given much to do, he was the sort of good-hearted jock that you don’t actually see very much on TV.
Who does Puck have a crush on? Could it be linked to the “very bold interaction” between Puck and Shelby in “Pot o’ Gold”? Is the show going down the Puck and Shelby relationship path? If so, it could end up just being one-sided,which would be best for everyone involved.
Quinn is planning to try to get Beth back, and Puck’s going to be stuck in the middle. He tells Shelby he’s going to be there for her if she needs it in the promo for “Pot o’ Gold,” but he also knows about Quinn’s plan. What’s he going to do?
